This Privacy Policy discloses the online privacy practices for The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation (the "PGA Foundation") and applies to the information the PGA Foundation collects through www.pgafamilyfoundation.org/oceanchallenge (the "Site"). By accessing and/or using the Site, you, the user ("you") are consenting to the collection, storage, and disclosure of data as described in this Privacy Policy. The PGA Foundation reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy. When you submit a concept through the Submission Form to the Site, you will be required to provide personal information about yourself, including, without limitation your name, address, email address, telephone number, as well as information regarding any other team members or affiliated institution. Any personal information about you that you provide at our request through the Submission Form is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Personally Identifiable Information."

Use and Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information
Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, to the extent it collects Personally Identifiable Information, the PGA Foundation will not sell, trade or otherwise provide your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party other than to entities affiliated with the PGA Foundation or agents that the PGA Foundation engages to perform functions on our behalf. The PGA Foundation may compile and provide aggregate statistics about our Site visitors to third parties, but these statistics will not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

The Site is a general audience site and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13.

If the PGA Foundation is going to use Personally Identifiable Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection through the Site; the PGA Foundation will notify those from whom it has collected Personally Identifiable Information via email.
